What happens to items that don't sell?

In the unlikely event that an item doesn't sell in 90 days, you can offer the following 4 options to your client: ​

 

  1. Drop prices and continue selling the items (recommended)

  2. Make an offer to buy the remaining items

  3. Mail the item(s) back to the client within 14 days (free for a limited time)

  4. Or donate the item(s) on the client’s behalf under their name

NOTE: Pro Sellers are responsible for any received items that are lost or damaged during consignment, clients who opt for the return option expect to receive all their unsold items in the same condition they were sent in.
