When you apply to sell a lot, you may determine that one or more of the items in the lot don't have a high chance of selling, so you may mark them as "Excluded" to be fully transparent with your client and let them know that you can't take it.

Keep in mind:

Excluded items are capped at 25% of items in a lot. Generally, applications that accept more items tend to have a higher chance of acceptance, so limit the exclusions to items you're sure won't sell.
