Unlocking more lots

We’re excited to see you win more lots. But to ensure a high standard of success, we limit the amount of items a Pro can win as a ratio of their sold items (successfully paid). The more sales you make, the more lots you can win.

Tier requirements:

  • To get up to 50 items, you need to have at least 0 paid sales

  • To get up to 100 items, you need to have at least 10 paid sales

  • To get up to 250 items, you need to have at least 25 paid sales

  • To get up to 500 items, you need to have at least 70 paid sales

  • To get up to 750 items, you need to have at least 150 paid sales

  • To get up to 1000 items, you need to have at least 300 paid sales

  • To get up to 1500 items, you need to have at least 500 paid sales

How to unlock more items:

  • Make more sales: This is the obvious and most efficient solution to get into a higher tier

  • Make payments on your sold items: The tiered system works based on successfully paid items count, so be sure to mark items as paid as soon as you get paid for them in order to count towards your tier upgrade.

  • Mark any returned items as "returned" in the app if you haven't done so already. This will reduce the count of items that are considered in your possession and allow you to take on more items.

  • Cancel won lots that haven't been shipped in more than 14 days: If a client hasn't shipped the lot to you within 14 days, you can easily cancel the lot from the lot page. This will free up some space and allow you to win more items.

  • Apply to lots you can sell: The ultimate advice is to only apply to lots you have high confidence in selling, and to submit reasonable prices that allow you to make sales without underdelivering.

  • Reach out for help: If you need any help landing more lots, don't hesitate to reach out and ask for help via email or by posting in the Pro Sellers Facebook Group.
